ES ELEMENTS LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in England and Wales (Company No: OC457704). We operate Canada eTA Service as a private online application assistance platform for UK citizens travelling to Canada. Our registered address is 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.

We are not part of the Canadian government, IRCC, or any official Canadian authority. We are an independent UK business providing guided application assistance.

What we do

We help UK citizens complete and submit their Canada eTA application correctly. A Canada eTA (Electronic Travel Authorization) is a mandatory entry requirement for UK passport holders flying to or transiting through Canada. It is electronically linked to your passport and required before you board your flight.

Our service provides a guided step-by-step application form designed for UK applicants, expert review of your completed application before submission, error checking to catch common mistakes, status notification emails, and UK-based email support throughout the process. We submit your application on your behalf to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The approval or refusal decision is made entirely by IRCC — not by us. We have no influence over processing times or outcomes.
