Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to be fair to customers and reflects the nature of our application assistance service.

What our fee covers

Our service fee (£49 for the first applicant, £29 for additional travellers) covers application assistance, expert review, form guidance, and submission to IRCC. It includes the CAD $7 government fee paid directly to IRCC on your behalf.

Important: Our service fee is not a deposit or booking fee. It is a charge for assistance services. Once your application has been reviewed and submitted, the service has been delivered.

When we will issue a refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

Cancellation before submission

You contact us before we have reviewed and submitted your application — typically within 60 minutes of payment.

Duplicate billing

You were charged twice for the same application due to a billing error.

Technical failure

A technical error on our platform prevented your application from being submitted.

When we will not issue a refund

We are unable to issue a refund in the following circumstances:

Application already submitted

Your application has already been reviewed and submitted to IRCC.

IRCC refusal

IRCC refuses your eTA — this is a government decision outside our control.

Inaccurate information

You provided incorrect information that contributed to a refusal or delay.

Change of travel plans

You change your travel plans after submission.

Wrong document applied for

You apply for the wrong document for your purpose of travel.

Note: The CAD $7 government fee component of our price is non-refundable once paid to IRCC.

IRCC refusals

If IRCC refuses your eTA application, this is a decision by the Canadian government and is entirely outside our control. We are unable to refund our service fee in this case, as our service — review, guidance, and submission — has been fully delivered.

If your eTA is refused, you may wish to contact IRCC directly or seek independent immigration advice. We are unable to appeal IRCC decisions on your behalf.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@canadaetaservice.co.uk with the following information:

Your name and email address used for the application
Your order reference number
The reason for your refund request

2 business days
