1. Service Description

CanadaeTAService.co.uk is a private consultancy service that assists travellers with Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) applications for Canada. We are not affiliated with the Government of Canada.

2. Independent Application Option

Applicants may also apply directly through the official Government of Canada website. Our service is optional and provides additional support and guidance for those who choose to use it.

3. Service Fees

Our service fees are separate from any government fees charged by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

4. Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. We are not liable for application delays or rejections resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

5. No Guarantee of Approval

We cannot guarantee that your eTA application will be approved. The final decision rests with the Canadian immigration authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

ES ELEMENTS LLP operates this service. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.
